Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please follow the instructions provided in the email associated with your purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as:

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
