Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping, which typically takes 2 to 7 business days, and

Express Shipping, which usually delivers within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and chosen option, and will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship all over the world. Available shipping destinations and options will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time via the Order Tracker.

Delivery Issues
If you’re not home during delivery, your package will be redirected to a nearby pickup point. The carrier will notify you with instructions on how to collect it.

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at Get in Touch we’ll be happy to help. In some cases, compensation may be available for significant delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lowglade is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
