How do I make a return?
At Lowglade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:
Return Eligibility
You can make a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Step 1: Start Your Return
If you have a Lowglade account, go to Orders & Returns or click here to manage your return.
If you checked out as a guest, enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout by clicking here.
Select the order and the items you want to return, then click Start Return.
Step 2: Choose a Return Method
Drop-off: Return your package for free at one of Lowglade’s courier drop-off locations. A list of couriers will be provided in your return confirmation.
Pick-up: If available in your area, you can select a pick-up location, date, and time.
Step 3: Prepare Your Package
Pack the item securely, including all accessories such as boxes, dust bags, or cases. If you don’t have the original box, use a similar one.
Print and attach the Lowglade return label to your package. (If returning from outside the EU, please also print and sign the return slip.)
Seal the package securely.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at the chosen courier location or have it picked up.
Make sure the courier scans the label and keep any tracking documents for your records.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

How much does a return cost?
Once your order is confirmed and processed, it will be packed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method, which will be displayed at checkout. You will receive tracking information and an estimated delivery date as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping costs vary based on your location and selected shipping option, and all available choices will be shown at checkout. Free shipping on all orders in Europe!

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at Lowglade’s warehouse, it may take up to 5–7 business days to process. After a quality check, if your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding any shipping fees).
Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive email updates throughout the process.

How can I track my return?
You can track your return using the tracking number provided by Lowglade’s courier. When the status shows Delivered, it means your package has reached the final sorting step before arriving at our warehouse.
Once we receive your return, we complete a quality check within 5–7 business days. If the item meets Lowglade’s return policy, the refund process will begin. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

You can also use the tracking number or shipment ID from your return label to track your package directly on the courier’s website.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, once your return is processed and refunded, you can use the refund amount to place a new order for the correct item. This helps ensure you get exactly what you want while checking product availability.

What if my return is rejected?
If your return does not meet Lowglade’s return policy, we may not be able to issue a full refund. Depending on the condition of the item, you might receive a partial refund, or the item may be returned to you. We will notify you by email if this happens.
