Where can I see my order?

You can view your order details by logging into your account and going to the My Orders section — or by here to access it directly. There, you’ll find information about your order status, items purchased, and shipping updates.

If you checked out as a guest, you can still view your order using the Order Tracker by entering your order number and email address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After that time, changes to quantity or adding new items won’t be possible — but you may still be able to update the color or size by contacting us before your order ships.

Since orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

My order has been canceled. Why?

We’re sorry your order was canceled — we understand how disappointing that can be. While we do our best to avoid cancellations, they may occur in rare cases due to:

- The selected item being unavailable

- A quality issue detected in our warehouse

- Payment processing difficulties

- Other unexpected technical issues

Do I need an account to place an order?

Not at all! You can shop at Lowglade without creating an account. However, having an account lets you save your details for faster checkout, easily track your orders, and receive exclusive updates and offers. It’s a great way to make your shopping experience smoother and more convenient.

How do I find my order number?

As soon as your Lowglade order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. It may take up to five minutes for the email to arrive. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or similar folders.

I didn't get a confirmation email. What should I do?

If there was a mistake in the email address you provided, the confirmation email might not have reached you. Don’t worry — your order is still being processed! To update your email or fix any errors, please contact us here, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
