What payment methods are accepted?

Does the billing address have to match the shipping address?

No, the billing address doesn’t have to match the shipping address. During checkout, simply uncheck the box labeled "Use the same billing address as the shipping address" to enter a different billing address.

Lowglade gives you the flexibility to send gifts or place orders on behalf of someone else.

Where can I find my invoice copy

You can access and download a copy of your invoice by logging into your Lowglade account and visiting your Order History, or by clicking here.

If you checked out as a guest, your invoice will be attached to your order confirmation email.

Why was my payment declined?
