What are the delivery times and costs?

What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?

If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, don’t worry! Your order will be taken to a nearby pickup location. The shipping company will send you details on where and when you can collect your package.

Please follow the carrier's instructions to pick up your order. Depending on the shipping company, you may have options such as verifying your identity online or/and authorizing someone else to collect it for you. For more information, you can contact the carrier directly via their tracking system or email. You will receive all the necessary contact details via email from the carrier once they have taken over the shipping process.
